What are the First Tee Nine Core Values?

Each class session your child(ren) will learn about one or two of First Tee’s Nine Core Values. Their coach will seamlessly integrate that value into the golf lessons of the day and at the end of class will bridge the gap to life and how that value translates to home, school, and beyond. The Nine Core Values are:

Honesty
Respect
Responsibility
Courtesy
Confidence
Sportsmanship
Judgment
Perseverance
Integrity

Does my child need prior golf experience?

There is no prior golf experience needed. Our coaches are trained in positive youth development. That means they are experts in making young people feel comfortable and assure they have a positive, non-intimidating experience.

What happens if my child ends up on a Waitlist?

If/when a vacancy occurs and a child is next on the waitlist, the household (parent) will receive a system generated email with a link to register. The household will have 48 hours to enroll thir child in the class. If the household does not successfully complete enrollment within that time period, they will lose the slot. If the household successfully completes enrollment, please contact the Registrar immediately. After notification, the roster with the new registrant information will be updated.

How do we know if class is cancelled for weather?

We will notify everyone a minimum of 90 minutes before the start of class time if classes are cancelled via text/email.
